Oral Presenters

  1. At least 1 hour before the presentation, presenters are required to upload and preview the slides in the Speaker Ready Room – (R106, 1F).
  2. All oral presentations are allocated a duration of 15 minutes. Including 12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes Q&A time.
  3. Oral presentations should be presented in English.
  4. Please stand by at the session room 20 minutes before your presentation.
  5. Opening Hours for Speaker Ready Room：
    July 31- August 1, 08:00-17:00
    August 2, 08:00-12:00

Poster Presenters

  1. Poster presentations is held on 2F TICC, please post it according to your Presenting No.
  2. Presenting schedule ：
    Poster Mounting：July 31, 08:00-09:00
    Poster Removal：August 2, 12:30-13:00

*Posters not removed after assigned time will be disposed directly without permission.
